All accounts must be created by an adult 18 years of age or older.As part of our service, parents provide information about their children including name, date of birth, and clothing sizes through the child profile feature. This information is collected from the parent or guardian, not from the child directly, and is used solely to personalize the member experience.We do not share child profile information with third parties for marketing purposes. Credit ledger records are retained indefinitely to resolve disputes even after credits have expired or been redeemed.
